We have been incorporating bullying as part of harassment training for a few years now. It is no surprise that bullying is 4x's more prevalent than harassment (sexual or other) and often falls under the radar since the employer has no legal obligation against it.
Bullying, along with new IL mandates regarding sexual harassment education, awareness and consequences are important to include in 2020 training.
