Happy International Women's Day! As a female growing up in the 70's and 80's - I am so encouraged watching my nieces and other strong young women excel in an era that is much more receptive to female athleticism, independence and business acumen. There is more room to grow, as with many things, but so hopeful for the generations to follow and proud of the progress we have made thus far!
